Global Renewables is a wholly owned subsidiary of GRD Limited.

The Eastern Creek UR-3R Facility is a public private partnership with WSN Environmental Solutions (formerly Waste Service NSW). The Facility was built and is owned and operated by Global Renewables under long-term contract to WSN Environmental Solutions.

As a significant long-term contributor to GRD Limited, Global Renewables delivers sustainable solutions to address global waste and environmental problems. In addition, Global Renewables diversifies and leverages GRDÂ Minproc's process engineering and contracting expertise.

GRD Limited is a publicly listed company comprising of Global Renewables Limited, GRD Minproc Limited and Kirfield Limited.
